I was going to suggest Zapping too - have you visited the Zapping forum here? Are you able to take herbal anti- parasites formulars?
Also do you know about the Explantation forum over at Delphi? I haven't read any posts from women with unusual skin parasites there, but you never know. Some of the women are going through various detox procedures.
