Just horning in on your response because I have the same questions. Finished 51-day Master-Cleanse and have pretty much weaned back to foods, so I think I'm ready for liver flush. Would appreciate "old" instructions and explanation of pros and cons between old and new. (Assume new is what you get when you click on Hulda Clark in your message.) Did notice that it says to do parasite cleanse first. Any guidance is appreciated.
