Can she handle grapefruit?
Apple juice?
Pineapple?


She can replace citric juice with freshly pressed apple juice.
Best get some more acid kind of apples.

Fresh Pineapple juice can be used.

Or, any other fruit juice that she likes!

Liver herbs are also imprtant. (after and inbetween flush)

Have she done parasites cleanse?

It is must for people with cancer!
