Dear Lillian, What a wonderful site. Thank you. I am wondering about how best to prepare for a liver/kidney/gallbladder flush. I have heard varying reports, such as the absolute necessity of ridding the body of parasites and cleaning the intestines first. This is a LONG process, must it be done before advancing to other parts of the body. I can see why it would make sense, but my only reservation is that truly cleaning the body of all waste in the intestines and then of all parasites could take a LONG time. Please help! Thank you.

I have been reading a lot on the site, and the boards, and with all the information, it's hard to find ONE CLEAR answer to this.
