I know the anti-fungals will kill off good stuff...not so sure about the anti-parasites. Do we have any *good* parasites that you can think of?? In the long run, for example, a tape worm which can live with you your whole life will cause more damage than any damage caused in killing it and its offspring. Just like we would not allow worms to fall out of the butts of our pets or children without doing something to solve that situation, we need to think about the same for ourselves...

In the long run, it was better for me to kill off the buggers who were causing my leaky gut syndrome and other symptoms which were making me ill. parasites however do not want to kill you. They see you as the "host", but they can make you feel pretty funky. As for the yeast die-off, it is a small thing to eat yogurt (instead of ice cream!) and toss in pro-biotics as well. Others may know more about that too and be able to answer your question more thoroughly...

I really am still learning myself and do experiment and follow other's leads in exploring things to keep my body healthy and my mind peaceful. My main goal is to never have to be hospitalized and to emulate habits of an older generation who tended to die in their sleep or on their feet.

I am concerned too that there are too many ways to compromise your immune system these days, that it is necessary to keep your immune system as healthy as possible just to not lose ground!

Happiness for me is being parasite free...ggg....
