thanks for the info pepe..i had 2 p & b shakes yesterday...perhaps i was geting bored w/ m/c...getting impatient for some 'ropes'...i always drink a ton of water in addition to my lemon drinks...so fortunately i had no problems w/ getting'blocked' up...but when i woke at the crack of dawn, my body told me to skip the psyllium from now on...i start my third week on m/c tuesday (i think).... i sure hope these shakes didn't mess up the benefits from m/c so far....just sticking w/ the lemon drink and water from now on!!!!! good luck kate
