I am continuing on with my Master-Cleanse and will finish despite not doing the liver cleanse first...but apparently we are to do a parasite cleanse before the liver...

anyway, here is the link I was given. Hope you find it helpful...I am still confused on the whole thing, too. I have order Dr. Clark's book as well. If you want a friend in your journey...let me know....I am hoping to start the parasite cleanse in a week or so...
