I just started my Master-Cleanse and I really want to cleanse my whole body inside. I thought I read somewhere that it is best to do a parasite cleanse b4 a liver cleanse???? I am really into this right now and would love some feedback from the experienced.

My other question is about eating...do you NOT eat during a parasite cleanse? should you also be juice fasting/water fasting? So you are supposed eat before/during a liver cleanse. Would appreciate any info you could share!
