Yes I am trying to do it all at the same time, and I understand that may not be the best way to get the best results. I am 27, and I have had the luck of being able to lose weight rather quickly... also, the carrot juice in the morning and the lemonade later on throughtout the rest of the day I think will be a good combination, especially since I am active in the morning. When I juiced along with food, it helped me digest better and maintain my healthy weight.

hopinso: I dont know where you are located, but if you are in the South Florida area, I would be more than happy to help you and take you to the store.

I read a few other threads, and I am really looking forward to passing parasites as well... as it is I keep looking into the toilet like a little kid to see if I see anything, haha ha ha.
