Well, between the Co-Q-10 and the parasite cleanse, I would say go for the parasite cleanse. The first parasite cleanse I did, I had no symptoms, but still passed parasites. It might surprise you to know that most human beings are carrying around parasites and gallstones. Would you believe 90%?

Did you know that we go along our merry way for about 40-50 years with this stuff inside our bodies and then we began to break down.....

I think of Norway as being so far ahead of the US in health preventative things, so I would think you could purchase the parasite ingredients fairly easily. But, if you can't, I would say take the Co-Q-10. I take the whole bottle at once. I can't see that it would hurt to do it again in 10 days, either.
