The Ornithine should help you with the insomnia. In Dr. Clarks book she recommends taking 4 to 8 500 mg capsules at night just before going to bed. I don't know if it will help with the
headaches. Are your headaches caused by the parasite cleanse or lack of sleep from the insomnia? I guess it would be worth the try to take the Orthine to see if it does help with the headache. Solgar is the brand that I use. It comes in a bottle of 100 in vegicaps, 500 mg each. It cost about $20.00 a bottle. Not all health foods carry it. I get mine at Whole Foods grocery store.
