I haven't done a master cleanse yet, that's why I'm here. :)

But I've done 37 liver flushes, many colemas/enemas, kidney cleanses and parasite cleanses along with zapping.

It's been my experience that you don't need to do parasite cleanses. I've had thousands of parasites come out just from doing the liver flushes/colon cleanses.

I've gotten out liver flukes and their eggs, some multi colored worm looking thing and large clear globs. Also some other unidentified floating objects. :)

It's my opinion that you should start with colon cleansing. You can do a kidney cleanse at the same time as cleansing your colon. Then off to a liver flush.
