I am doing a parasite cleanse. I need to know if getting and taking some of this ornithine will help these headaches. I also have insomnia and I have read that when doing a liver cleanse, it is recommended to take ornithine too. Well! I want to get some of this stuff today or tomorrow and need to know what dose to take with the parasite cleanse please. TIA
