I guess it was the Mayo Clinic that finally concluded that sinus infections are fungal related...which fits in with your mold connection. I think I also read that parasites feed on this mucous-fungal stuff in your sinuses. Eating anything sweet seems to feed the fungal/ parasites and makes things worse for me..in fact, I think it may CAUSE it in the first place!

If I catch things in an early stage, I find that pao d'arco works well against fungus. I drink the tincture, put some on cotton balls and put in my nostrils and even splash it on my face! I used to take Antibiotics , but learned by accident that I could get over an infection in about 1 1/2 days using high doses of vitamin C, probiotics and lots of water.

Hoping the continued parasite cleansing will eventually ease this problem..
