Hi! I actually did a parasite cleanse a month prior to this fast and I LOVED IT!!! http://www.drnatura.com for more info. It was gentle yet powerful and I felt better and better every day. Kinda the awesome feeling that The Master Cleanse produces only I had actual BM's full easy and complete EVERY SINGLE DAY. I became more regular and had lots of energy! It really was great!
