claire, i'm pretty sure that i've lived with parasites for many years because of my lifestyle, ie. dogs, kids, camping, etc... although i've never had the sensations you've described, i have had creepy crawlie skin sensations when lying still at night... never attributed them to parasites cause i didn't know we carrried parasites till about 2 months ago... anyway, a good cleanse is all it takes... neither have i ever dispelled anything gross, mostly seed like things, tons of them, but i'm never too sure which is parasitic and which is popcorn hulls, as i eat a lot of popcorn :) anyway, keep at your para cleanse and i'm sure it will put your mind to rest... deborah
