Today I just broke my fast, O.J. all day, was great. I did 15 days, lost at least 15 pounds, skin smooth and clearer than it has ever been. I know after I do the parasite cleanse and Liver Flush my skin will just glow. My girlfriend noticed it 2 days ago and asked if I had makeup on because it looked so good. When I started my cleanse few days later I started my mensus. normally I would bloat up and have 2 large zits and smaller ones but not on the cleanse was not bloated no break out on the skin.

My skin overall used to itch alot and when I would scratch it, there would be large scratch welts that would remain for at least 20-30 min. And I would not scratch hard either because that would just cause me to itch even more. Now after day 15 no more intense itching and just to test things out I purposly scratched myself firmly as if I was having a bad itching spell, and guess what? no welts left behind, not a one. Feels good to have some of my symtoms gone.

I'm going to do another 15 maybe 20 days in a couple of months. I just wanted to stop to do other cleanses mentioned above. I think I might continue to do this cleanse every couple of months until all my symtoms disapear and my bowels stop eliminating that foul black stuff. (hope that didnt gross you out)

Any ways keep going it well worth it. Even my attituded about careing for my self has really change for the best, I am so motivated.
