Please help identify! Is this Tapeworm skin?

The long piece is about 5-6”. The shorter piece is wide - it could easily wrap around a pencil and is very thick and rubbery.

I’m on month 11 of parasite cleansing using natural protocols, including enemas. I took a small dose of ivermectin, and this is what passed about 24-36 hours later. It was surrounded by back goo that had a sandy texture and bunches of tiny white worms. I experienced the “white rice” when I first began cleansing, and since then have mostly seen things which look like ascaris, ropes and flukes. I also have the yellow sesame seeds floating after coffee enemas.

I also experience movement which feels large and twitching in my legs. Since I took the ivermectin, things feels quiet.

I am looking for suggestions on protocols - natural or Rx.
