The body stresses hormones when Immune system is under attack.
In order to fight parasites, the Ph must be between 6.5 to 7. MSM water, Spirulina, alka alkaline powder, Matcha tea are all options.
The immune metals profile should not see any out of tolerance figures, on hair analysis.
Magnesium citrate 133mg, Malic acid up to 400mg, Potassium citrate 99mg, daily supplement.
The Enzyme levels (B Vitamins B25 or B50) may need a boost. Pineapple, broad spectrum Enzyme supplements.
Beta Glucan can be useful.
Lowering nitrogen wastes using measured natural piperazine or piperazine citrate can be helpful, this can be overdone, know your meds first. 750 - 1500mg per day max.
Responses can be birthing, counter attacks, other infections can rear up in defense.
Carbon issues, Bicarbonate issues soda crackers, Toxic levels, Vitamin C levels can be put out of limits, OJ doses to increase citric acid in body, milk and saltines to balance.

Before you treat, know what works, what your options are.

You need to spend some time talking with one that has gone thru this.
Be prepared, and have your supplements in a row.
Cq10, l carnitine, ALA emergency meds.
Oft times daily yogurt, with oil use is suggested. I often used oregano oil caps 150mg 10:1 extract Swansons, 2 per day. Some parasites use thyme oil caps, now hard to find.

Most like a ginger root dip recipe, to help detox. Cabbage and onions is useful too.
Albendazole is a mild med. Standards for dosing are between 4mg/kg to 8mg/kg/D max.
Albendazole seldom kills or cures any infection. Maybe I am a skeptic. Albendazole is useful as a strength multiplier, I.E. it makes other meds stronger.
Mebendazole is a med that is broad spectrum, but expensive when bought at scale.
I have found that the Use of 2 meds simultaneously at lower levels may help, Like Mebendazole 2mg/kg/D, and Albendazole 2+2=4mg/kg/D.
The med half life is like 4 hours, so lower doses and multiple times per day may be required.
Standard formula is MBZ from the internet:
Mebendazole 200 to 400 mg three times a day by mouth for 3 days, then 400 to 500 mg three times a day by mouth for 10 days.
(MBZ can be a rough med, I know.). Dosing ramp other than suggested may be required.

Albendazole and mebendazole are not approved for use in pregnant women or children under the age of 2 years.
Albendazole 400 mg twice a day by mouth for 8 to 14 days
Mebendazole 200 to 400 mg three times a day by mouth for 3 days, then 400 to 500 mg three times a day by mouth for 10 days
Oral albendazole is available for human use in the United States.
Mebendazole is available in the United States only through compounding pharmacies.
Redosing meds in a few weeks, for a few days, may be required to get any remaining stages.
Most of the symptoms should disappear, although there may still be some activity.
Mild infections can resolve within 2–6 months with appropriate treatment.
The basic steps of the life cycle for Trichinella include (1) release from cysts after exposure to gastric acid and pepsin, (2) invasion of the small intestine where they develop into adult worms, where after 1 week (3–4), the females release larvae that migrate to striated muscles where they encyst (5).
The incubation period ranges from 1–2 days (enteral phase) to 2 to 8 weeks (parenteral phase) or more, depending on the infectious dose and possibly the species of parasite.
Daily Cheese, butter, milk, oils may be required.
Raw garlic is sulfur, along with pinch of Epsom Salt Magnesium Sulfate in distilled water daily.
Pinch of Sea Salt , and black pepper on everything.
All kinds of onions, green onions, shallots.
Baked potato with all the stuff.
Chicken soup.
Veggies and fruits.
One egg per day.
Strepsils may be useful..

Try GABA relaxer, melatonin, and horse chestnut for hormone issues.
The body reaction to meds can be severe, parasites fight back. Sometimes a low dose routine before hitting the gas makes the kill easier to take.
