Again, it only takes 2 days to do the liver flush, unless your colon is compacted. I have run across a few people that have done the protocol and still could not get their colon to empty out. The way to be able to tell if your colon is empty, you will have solids coming out for the first day or maybe two depends on how your diet has been, after all the solids have come out to cascara Sagrada will cause a release of a lot of brown bile at the end. Watch you get the liquid bowel dump, at any time after that you can consume the oil and wait the four to six hours for the stones to come out they will be floating in the bowl. There is no reason to make this difficult oh, and there's no reason to drag it out. And the case that you did not get to the liquid Val within the first 2 days, it would be recommended to go and get your GI tract examined because there's probably some other issues and I have ran across this a few times. Never Force anything, but 99% never have this problem. There are a few ways to get the oil down, you can use a straw to bypass the tongue, you can do it in shot glasses 2 oz at a time are you can just gulp it down. And the secret is once a person ever sees the stones and probably some parasites too cool with that come out of them, they will have the greatest desire to do it again and usually on an annual or biannual basis. It's not something you can unsee. The liver does over 500 functions throughout the human body, just think about that, don't you think it would be a good idea to get all those rocks out.
