Dose for PPZ is 250mg typical. Max doses 3 per day.
Persons that weigh 50kgs may be a little less.
Overdose sign is arms shaking, back down on dosing.
Plenty of water to prevent dehydration.

PPZ is a white worm med.
DEC is another version of the med (Dimmitrol) start ramp at 50mg, typical 4mg/kg per day.
Natural Piperazine xanthoparmelia scabrosa 12:1 extract is easier to tolerate.

For white worms, it is suggested to take all the white worm meds, on a schedule if challenge test suggests reaction of 3 days nominal dose.

Challenge Test Log Book
Meds cause no sickness when dosed in range. Sickness is reaction or toxins parasites generate when a med is challenged.
Challenge tests can generate a sick response, or movement, or vibration.
Avoid killing parasites, or death is typical dose of 3 days, will not kill parasite, and typical response is mild.
Severe response indicates a significant or hyper infection of the associated type of worms.
Getting past all the primary meds is essentially done every 3 months complicated, or every 6 months, a challenge test evaluation is performed to peel the onion and remove a sequence of parasitic worms, until cured.

The challenge process is used to help develop a removal sequence plan, or plan to get cured from parasitic infections. Challenge testing is a diagnostics tool.

Worms can be complicated. Formula 255 postulates that simultaneous meds of Flat, White, Red worm meds must be taken to break the enzyme complication factors. Typical IVM, DEC, optional FenBen or OXBen. This is especially true for Complicated Flatworm or Complicated White worm infections. Peeling an onion is the most used analogy. As parasitic infections are removed or cured, symptoms change when the body is ready to fight the next most dominant infection type. This process is continued until all infections are cured or treated.

Flat worm meds are:

Flat worms are the First worm to cure, the enzymes make treatment of white worms or red worms impossible. Cure this type of infection first.
