I am posting my reply in hopes that you've already found a cure. If not, this is currently helping me, it's called NEEM capsules, I googled forever and tried many different things and these herbal capsules have been killing every parasite inside my body and outside my body, I even gave them to my 3-pound chipin. You can buy them online or at an Indian Market, they are from Indian, a friend bought them for me at their market.

I so sorry to hear that your children and you are suffering.
