Did you look into roundworm? Sounds like some of the symptoms. Coughing and gagging, vomiting parasites etc..
Ivermectin is prob best for that parasite. Several doses over months to a year possibly. Herbal remedies may not be effective enough at this type of infection. Best uses as a preventative. Check out debugyourhealth.com
