Looks like seeds or eggs to me.

Not many docs are knowledgeable of parasites. I put an actual worm in my stool sample and it came back negative for parasites or eggs. Realistically, you prob have parasites. Do a cleanse and see comes out. If they are micro scopic/ not visible you should still cleanse periodically to maintain good health
