I also have the same exact parasites in my skin. I have sores on my face, neck, chest and outer ear that wont heal and have similar looking worms in them. I was also find these clear globs of something always with a black spec and some refractive material nucleolus or something in my urine and on my skin after a bath. I recently began to notice a type of iridescent film covering my face and hands. I believe the clear glob substance is a type of fungus that either attracts the worms or vice versa. I bought a lighted microscope and have now started noticing all of these "worms" also have some type of thread in them. I never thought I had Morgellons until this because I didn't see any fibers. I am also starting to find them wound around threads of my hair. I vacuum twice a day every day and still every morning I look at the living room carpet and find these odd fuzz balls. After some trial and error of different antibacterial and fungicides I have been able to break them down to reveal these clear fibers and "nets" of some sort that have these worms trapped in them. I am trying to post pictures now.
