I do turn seasonally I usually do it at night before bed with castor oil. god its so strong that concoction I usually drop a few drops of cinnamon oil in my mouth and onto the spoon its so gross to me. I took too much a few times and got strongly drunk couldn't walk straight and had to go to the toilet and got many eggs out! a huge cup full of eggs and blood actually. this happened a few times. some of the eggs were large ovals yellow. with a lot of blood it was scary. but I felt better for sure.
I've done a lot of extreme things to cure myself. I even one time drank tobacco tea for parasites its a Native American remedy but I wouldn't ever suggest it to anyone you can die if you do too much plus the feeling is like fiber glass in the throat its so horrible. Turpentine is more palatable and safer.
what I do is try to have a clean eating habits especially never dirty meat or gluten products which clog the bowels and I haven't eaten bread in years and my huge gut got cleared out with enemas and colonics. I do however eat something that aren't always the best like brown rice pasta and corn tortillas. :) I like those a lot with beans. im 95% vegetarian and have been for many years. occasionally I crave chicken but I suspect its my parasites that want it. more than me.
but parasites are such a puzzling shocking creature for they even infest grass eating animals. how do they live on grass the parasites. as they are found heavily in horses cows sheep etc as well. which is the main way people get them too is by eating animals. the eggs are in their flesh. but the parasites are indeed everywhere anyway in every thing.
so I guess that's the curse of humanity. and some how we will all have to deal with it one way or another. cheers and good spirits .
