Doug Kauffman recommends against it however it isn't compelling. I've read reports of Psoriasis and Erythema and atypical dermatitis being treated with some sucess.
This remindeds me of the like treats like pricinple. ACV contains nemotodes and is an effective anti parasite biome modulator.
