Hi Chad,
I am new to cleansing and have never tried the MC.
I hope to one day as I build up my good habits first.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with these people attacking you for your choice to cleanse. They don't see it as a cleanse.
Its funny, but by the time I reached the end of your posting, it made sense to me..... toxic bodies make toxic minds.

I just finished a parasite cleanse and will be going back on it very soon. i still have a lot of work to do.

but, I am noticing a lot of changes not only in my physical health, but my mental health as well.
I feel that my thoughts are more healthy and less toxic. I feel like I have more control over my thoughts and what I speak to others.

I think this is another benefit to cleansing. and those who view us who do choose to go natural and on a raw diet or cleanse or whatever that may be, they are threatened by it because they dont know any better. They are afraid and as I always see, that when someone wants to lose weight or change something, others will try to get in the way to sabotage it.

I applaud you for standing up for yourself and refraining from the temptation.
You have a goal and you look towards the reward at the end and go through the journey.
That is inspiring!!!
I am also learning... it is strength I am finding in my new habits to ward of temptation.. that if I give in, it will render me powerless and make me weak.
