There are many phylums of playhelminths (Flatworms).
I looked hard but cannot say they are monogeneans line.
I also looked at digenean (Digenea) lines.
There are no human infections of monogeneans, that I found.
I did find a monogeneans treatment for fish. Interestingly enough, some species barb into mucosa, and can draw blood.
The research I did, indicated acid ph environment was a problem.

The results clearly showed that co-administration of cimetidine with praziquantel led to a significantly increased treatment efficacy of the latter drug, and consequently would lead to a lowering of the total dose of praziquantel (By half), and a reduction in the administration times and costs for the treatment of M. sebastis infestation in cultured rockfish.
It involves Praziquantel with cimetidine (a proton pump inhibitor). Others know this as tagamet.

A one time (single dose) treatment of fish was done using a 100mg/kg Prazi dose, with cimetidine. Article said it was effective in fish.
The larger family of parasites is ACOELOMATE
Hope this helps.
