Just did my third liver/gallbladder cleanse yesterday. Got the usual green and tan blobs out. I know that many people claim that these cleanses are just release of olive oil and grapefruit. My experience convinces me otherwise.

This afternoon I went to bathroom and more green and tan blobs came out. But in addition, I got some worm-looking things and some crab looking things with legs. Must be parasites. I did not do a parasite cleanse before hand.

As you can imagine I will be doing several more cleanses over the next few months to keep getting these bad guys out. I am so thrilled to see this really getting bad things outr of my system. I look forward to feeling the benefits in terms of increased energy, eliminated allergies, improves sleep, blood Sugar control etc.

Very empowering feeling.
