Looking for Microbiologist who wants to earn extra money in PAID RESEARCH PROJECT researching / indentifying possible human skin parasite and/or fungal infection (Lyme Disease may be a factor), identify Ova and Cyst samples, biofilm examination, run DNA shotgun testing, and look for and beyond known human parasites.
WILL PAY WHAT IT TAKES to get the right talent. Seeking bright, knowledgable and interested Microbiologist who can run (or have access to) DNA shotgun sequencing on samples, and research known and possible new human host pathogens. Flexible hours to accomodate FT job. Mutual NDAs and full confidentiality maintained.
Video of live active, hatching, and growing specimins available.
Physician available for biopsies.
Candidate must have access to related research and testing equipment and lab.
Sample photos attached (typically 100X to 400X magnification - samples are not stained). All samples shown are from human skin (not GI samples).
These were found in numerous amounts in Dermis layer of skin from areas of Cutaneous larva migran eruptions on face, neck, upper torso, and head.
Samples Commonly Flat/Convave with Curled Tail (curls only after extraction and drying from exposure to microscope lamp).
Specimins found in Epidermis, and threadworm like parasites in deeper Dermis layer with ova and/or cyst samples (thread-like structure has notable tinsel strength).
Third photo shows hatching of ova or cyst.
Both photo montages below show commonly found ova and or cysts in erupted areas (these are not "artifacts"):
Montage below is a sequential highlight of photos taken of one particular ova or cyst hatching or unbundeling within just a 20 mininute span of time (from first to final photo, in order of left to right, top to bottom):
Closeup photos taken from above montage of ova / cyst harched and growing - 4 minute span from photo 1 to photo 2:
photo 1 (photo in middle/center frame of above montage):
photo 2 (photo in final / lower right frame of above montage):
Skin parasite Threadworm (or Red-worm) extracted from deeper second "Dermis" layer of Face Skin (Directly Associated/Found With The Above Ova/Cysts and has a distinctive thread-like or even thin wire-like characteristic with some tinsel strength):
Skin parasite Sample. Flat Curled Concave With Mouth/Attachment Tip (Also associated with above ova/cysts but just under top skin surface "Epidermis" layer along edges of eruptions - Taken at 10X to 40X Magnification):
Excellent sample (in oil immersion) of unique biological form (Polypodium hydriforme or cnidarian?) extracted from dermis that causes significant skin damage (1" total length):
All samples available for DNA testing.
