since Liver Flushes helped me a lot years ago I'm all for them, couple ideas for you should you decide to try again...you can use less oil which makes the flush much easier, my first flush I used 4 tablespoons, I also did a colonic before, this was way I did it for quite a while until the stone load came down. I had a lot of stones and was scared to do it (also have a lot of parasites)...now at least I don't have stones... parasites are another story.
