I appreciate all the info. Here are all the elements I was tested for. My levels are the first number and then the normal range is after that.

Iodine 37 L 100-380 μg/g Cr
Bromine 1434 700-4800 μg/g Cr
Selenium 26 L 34-220 μg/g Cr
Lithium 13 10-218 μg/g Cr
Arsenic 5 <42 μg/g Cr
Cadmium 0.16 <0.72 μg/g Cr
Mercury 0.07 <1.58 μg/g Cr
Creatinine 1.70 0.3-2.0 mg/mL

I haven't done the parasite cleanse.

I started taking a multivitamin with all the B vitamins and an additional 400mg of magnesium and I didn't have any headaches or pressure feeling in my throat today! In fact, I feel great with lots of energy and no side effects, like I had before!

I really hope this continues, because I feel amazing.
