I personally recommend you treatment which is helping me. Notice that treating flukes is the longest and most difficult process, it can take months, if not years in case of severe coinfection. I've been treating my parasites for 1 year following ICU's protocols, but I have great results!

Treatment which helps me (found out experimenting with dose, break downs and duration of treatment):
Taking 0.3g of Praziquantel in the morning with 2 hours breakdowns for 3 days. I weigh 58kg. For example:

monday:
10 a.m - 0.005g
12 a.m - 0.005g
2 p.m - 0.005g

tuesday:
10 a.m - 0.005g
12 a.m - 0.005g
2 p.m - 0.005g

wednesday
10 a.m - 0.005g
12 a.m - 0.005g
2 p.m - 0.005g


Make 5 days breakdown and repeat the circle untill you'll be 100% sure you have no more worms. In my case Albendazole didn't have effect on flukes (I think it's effective only in case of tapeworms). I'm following this protocol for 6 months and on each iteration the amount of flukes and symptoms are reducing.
