I've been to a dozen doctors and I've been told I'm crazy too. The only advice I can give you is hang tough. This can be a slow process with many setbacks. The trick is to make your body inhospitable to the parasites while at the same time staying ultra healthy so your immune system can do it's job. Don't be afraid to think outside the box. Everybody's body is different. I find a combo of red clover tea, spicy yellow central American salsa on everything, and edible marijuana to be working for me. It's been six years, but I'm out of bed, working, and starting to think that one day this will all be behind me. Good luck and don't forget the laxatives.
