I gave many suggestions in the last email.

BUT!

If I would have to choose just one single thing to do to allow my gums to heal naturally, I would have chosen either Liver Flushing or Water Fasting !

The problem is with digestion, with liver, with intestines, and those 2 therapies , along with everyday diet ... can do miracles .
