There are no meds that will kill worms eggs.Ivermectin has some success with this. You will need to take the pyrantel/mebendazole weekly for a few months to kill all the worms that will hatch because you have various stages in your body at the same time. Your symptoms can suggest other parasites than ascaris. If you can clean up a speciman or two and post a picture on here it may help. You go by the worms morphology and behavior. It' hard to tell a small Ascaris from a large pin worm. The good news is that the meds your on work on most worms.
