I've changed my diet a lot to try and weaken parasites. I no longer eat carbs since I know it feeds them and i try to eat veggies and fruit with the occasional protein. i'm really trying to weaken them and i know they arent too happy because i have more stomach pains and other pains in my body when i eat healthy compared to when i dont. as for what parasite i think i have i believe i have roundworms. I saw some decent sized worms in my stool during my last cleanse, but my last cleanse wasn't nearly enough to get the bulk of them out.
