Hoping someone can help tell me what is in my poop! I've been on a high dose Iodine protocol for about a month, and last week started having super painful gas. I've wondered before about parasites - I have food allergies and a lot of other warning signs. So to deal with the gas I added in some P and B shakes, it's been three days and now I'm pooping some pretty interesting stuff. lots of white chalky stuff but also these weird tiny red bean things???
Anyone know what they are???
