Don’t despair- most of us feel just like you do! I’m 33 also.

First, switch your diet immediately. You definitely have parasites and have scroll through this form - tests always come back negative and Western doctors can’t help.

1. Change diet
Cut out all sugars, grains, caffeine, dairy. I’m on a nutritional balancing diet. It’s hard work but stick with it.

2. Read CureZone

A lot! It’s the one thing that makes me feel less alone in this battle.

3. Try meds

Look up ICU’s protocol for Tapeworms and where to buy albendazole and praziquantel online. Some have had luck with this. Be prepared to feel worse before you feel better.

4. Begin regular coffee enemas

5. Look up hairdiagnostics.com - unlimited emailing and support as you change the terrain of your body

6. Address stress or anxiety holding the body back
