Please check out the website thesecretisgratitude.com. she has detailed videos and descriptions of something called a Gordian worm, and it sounds exactly like what you're describing. I've also considered the idea that this parasite may be linked to, or has been misdiagnosed as, morgellons. The way that she deals with her hands is by spraying hydrogen peroxide onto her hands, she says that it causes them to come to the surface and is the only thing that makes the itching stop. She then sprinkles on Diatamaceous Earth. Perhaps you have found another way to make them surface? I'm not sure but you two might be able to help each other. Either way, good luck!
