I would like to make some long term changes and adopt some of your suggestions but if i experiment with cleanses, concoctions and flushes how long of a break would you take in between? Any thoughts on apple cider vinegar or reflexology? My dog seems to be having issues with parasites as well. I need to get her squared away so I can get myself better squared away. We both did humaworm which did nothing and I have recently tried some things for myself and really got my diet in tip top shape. I just started my 40 lb dog on 1 tbsp of DE daily and am hoping that will help her a bit.
I know I have flukes and Tapeworms so those are my biggest concern. Any ideas or suggestions?
