Is this a mouth bacteria or from contaminated water or food

This parasite liquid stuff still has my stomach rumbling crazy never took anything that has had this effect on stomach noise so long mastic gum did that too but only when I ate

I definerlt do not have to pass a bowel movement either right now lol must be the parasite I don't know I have lololol
