I need advice were to start cleaning the body overloeded with parasites , toxins , fungus , for sure i cant start any anti parasite anti candida program cuz my elimination chanles are cloacked up. so wondering were i need to start , colonis , coffe enemas ? then Liver Flush few times then when all pathways are opened i can hit them hard with probiotics ,antifungals antiparasites... i dont see any benefits of taking multivatimins , i think i just geting robed with from them so i think there is no time for multivatimins , magensium etc for now.

i know first step i diet i already remove all proces foods , drinks , im trying to eat clean but at that level of toxity even water +lemon cuz some die off symptoms wich my body cant handle. im joging 20-30 mins a day i have to left my weight traing to heal my self then i can start workout again, i add sauna secions start with 5min , but even this give die off and its all cuz of my unheatly cloged liver. i was wondering if i have parasites on liver i can eat few zentel tabs , but if elimination chanles are blocked i dont know if its good ideal ,toxin will be reabsorbed...
