From the point of view of an energy healer, I suggest learning EFT, it is free, simple and many free resources on the net.

Then I'd focus on the following themes of:

Being used by others.
Being controlled by others.

I have seen several clients cleared of difficult parasite infestations treating themselves on every angle and possibility of the 2 above themes.
