Clearly an infection in the gastrointestinal area, likely in the transverse colon.

The GI tract is highly susceptible for infection and could be bad bacteria, yeast/fungus, parasites (including worm or protozoa).

Testing can be helpful. Let me know if you want some trusted labs.
