Thank you very much for this! I'm reading the blog now as we speak. It's a little comforting to know at least that what I'm going through is not uncommon. I will be more patient in my journey to squash these buggers now that I know how long it can potentially take. As far as diet goes. This makes sense why leaky gut won't heal or my gut wont ever feel better no matter how much I take for things that are supposed to heal leaky gut. I'm just so scared to eat fruits because I don't want to give parasites a reason to thrive more because of the sugar, and I'm scared about my yeast flaring up because it's already difficult to keep at bay.
