Looks like a ropeworm of some kind. Google ropeworm and see if you find something similar. Andreas Kalcker had a protocol for these in his book called Healing the Symptoms Known as Autism by Kerri Rivera . I would bet my 10 cents you have other parasites as well. If you start doing enemas i am sure you will find other things coming out.
