it is hard to tell as they could be half digested roundworm pieces or just food. Best way to know is to follow a liquid or puree diet for a few weeks and do Sea Salt y/distilled water enemas every night. If you time it to start before the full moon and continue into new moon you should see lots of animals after your enemas (if you have any). It is often so that people with parasites have digestive troubles like stomach acid that is not strong enough so undigested food also points to dysbiosis.
