I'm down to 30 inches on my waist! This is so encouraging to me, especially because I am apple shaped!

This past year has been my hardest year of detox. I'm sleeping more, I almost always light a match after using the washroom...haha, and I've felt 'herxheimer symptoms' on a regular basis.

Plus, this year has been a roller coaster of emotions. I literally have been dreaming of people from grade 2! I've been dealing with negative emotions, and looking for their roots.

Detox is just as much about getting out old chemicals as it is about ridding yourself of old emotions.
Emotions are chemicals too!

Point being, I look and feel AWESOME, but there is still a ton of changes going on!
And a super exciting one is: my body is shrinking in all the right places.

Just to catch up with what happened in my weight gain-weight loss journey:

I was 125 lbs with a 28 inch waist at 25 years old, before marriage.

When I went on the pill, I gained 2 inches on my waist the first year, and 2 inches the second year.
I weighed 140.

When I stopped sleeping, digesting and pooping because of chronic fatigue, I went up to 158, age 36.
When I made lifestyle changes, I lost so much weight, but my waist was still 32".

It took me a year and a half to drop 1" of that visceral fat from the pill!

Lots of women struggle with losing this kind of fat, even when they get to their lowest BMI, like I was.
This fat is so stubborn because it may store the most potent toxins. The body cannot safely release them without already having the appropriate compounds to neutralize them.

So losing another inch is a telltale sign that my body is in a different place right now. I'm finishing my 3rd bottle of tissue salts. In that short time, I lost an inch of this fat! (3 months is short compared to 1.5 years to lose 1' of visceral fat!)

It's interesting to note that the 'perfect figure' in the 1940's and 1950's was 36-24-36. That's a good 'C' cup, meaning that this figure still had plenty of fat, but also almost no visceral fat.

This is quite the opposite of how people diet today. Yes, they may get down to a small waist, but they also have almost no fat left on them.

What changed over the years? In the past, there were far fewer toxins. So a woman didn't store them in visceral fat around their waist. As long as she ate well, her figure was very curvy. She could maintain it without hunger (a calorie deficit). And yes, they were using corsets, but that's another topic.

Today, we are so full of toxins, and so low in minerals, that the only way people can lose weight is by dropping calories, to where they feel hunger. But this usually means that they lose their curves first.

But the option I went with, that allowed me to keep all my curves and drop my visceral fat is minerals and mineral compounds! It is so much better to see your 'figure' become more hourglass shaped, than look at the scale. Who cares what we weight? That's a modern invention. I just want to look fantastic in a dress haha

Here's a quick list of how mineral compounds add to visceral fat loss:

Sodium sulphate acts as a cleanser and purifier of toxins. It helps clean out the liver.

It helps control our acid-alkalinity, improves our digestion so we get more nutrition from our food, and improves metabolism.

Potassium chloride curbs hunger.

Plus, the body is craving these tissue salts. If we don't get them, we just eat and eat and eat!

I'm eating much less, because I am satisfied. I'm actually eating 2 meals now (2 stomach fulls), down from 6!
The major reason being my nutrition is WAY up!

I am NEVER hungry! I can even fast for a couple days, and not feel hungry. Before I made lifestyle changes, I used to feel hunger as soon as my stomach was empty from the previous meal!

So I have 2 more inches to go, and I'll be at my 25 year old stage of my detox.
